WINDERS POND HOMES ASSOCIATION

Architectural Control Committee

GOALS: The Winders Pond Architectural Control Committee (ACC) evaluates and dispositions residential property improvement requests submitted by Winders Pond homeowners. The ACC is a required committee of the Winders Pond Homes Association per the Winders Pond Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R). The ACC ensures that requested property improvements adhere to the requirements within the CC&R and ACC Guidelines, conform to the existing architecture of the residence and are constructed of similar materials, and are generally consistent with the overall aesthetic of the neighborhood.

Requests for property improvements are to be submitted in writing (or electronically) to the current WPHA President. Homeowners are encouraged to submit written requests electronically via e-mail attachment to WPHA President with cc: to the ACC Chair, and deliver any material samples to the Chair's residence. While the ACC retains the 30 day request evaluation period stipulated within the WPHA CC&R, requests that are submitted electronically can often be evaluated and approved in a substantially shorter time period.
